cancellation policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or same-day cancellations (after the 24-hour window) will be charged 100% of the serivce cost.

After three late cancellations or no-shows, a 50% retainer fee will be required to book future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and value your time!


Redo & refund policy

At Keel Salon, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that all services are nonrefundable.

If you’re unhappy with your hair, reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment, and we’ll gladly schedule a redo or adjustment within 2 weeks, free of charge.

However, if you decide to change your look from the original service request, it will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
